“To my children … if I had to choose between loving you and breathing … I would use my last breath to tell you ‘I love you’”.
When Sadie’s mom sent us that quote for her album I knew I had to blog about it. In my constant breast feeding hormonal state, it brought a tear or two to my eyes. Although it is impossible to write in words how much we love our children, this quote comes pretty close.
Sadie is almost 2 years old now and flipping through the pages of her album bring back all the memories of her sessions. I can only imagine the thoughts and smiles it will bring to her mom and dad for years to come.
As I am bouncing between writing this blog post and ordering an outfit for my own son’s first birthday session (yes, I have attention issues) I can tell you that your baby’s first year goes by so fast. They are born … you blink and they are sitting up … you blink again and they are crawling … blink one more time and they are smashing their first birthday cake.
Savor every moment. Love on that baby every second that you can day and night. Play with them as much as they want and enjoy all the giggles and laughs.
