What Should I Expect to Invest?
We believe you should understand how the investment works before you decide whether Cloud 9 is right for your family.
Most Cloud 9 portrait experiences begin with a session fee, which reserves your time with us and covers the planning and creation of your portrait session. Portraits, digital images and finished artwork are purchased separately after you see your images.
You don’t have to decide what you want before your session. Once you’ve seen the portraits we created together, we’ll help you choose the images and artwork you love most — and what makes sense for your family and your home.
Portrait Investment
Your portrait experience begins with a session fee to reserve your time with us. After your session, you’ll see your portraits and choose the images and artwork you love most.
This reserves your portrait experience and covers the planning and creation of your session. Portraits, digital images and finished artwork are purchased separately.
You don’t need to decide what you’ll purchase before your portrait session. We’ll show you the options, help you compare your favorites and guide you toward the pieces that make the most sense for your family.
A Few Things You Might Be Wondering
Do I have to know what I want to purchase before my session?
Not at all. You don’t need to choose a collection, decide how many images you want or know what size artwork will work in your home before we photograph your family. You’ll see your portraits first, and we’ll help you make those decisions afterward.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer payment options so you can choose the portraits and artwork you love while spreading the investment over time. We’ll be happy to explain the available options when you visit the studio.
How long will it take to receive my portraits?
Most prints and digital portraits are ready in approximately two weeks. Custom albums and wall artwork generally take about three to four weeks. If you’re working toward a birthday, gift or other important date, let us know so we can help you plan accordingly.

Cloud 9 Studios is located in Wesley Chapel, Florida, and families visit us from throughout the Tampa Bay area, including Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, New Tampa, Zephyrhills and surrounding communities.
