You don’t need a picture-perfect family to have family pictures you love.
Family portraits should still look and feel like your family. Your kids can be silly. Someone can be shy. Someone else may need a snack five minutes after you arrive. That’s family life—and you don’t have to wait until everyone is older, calmer, or easier to photograph.
We’ll guide you through the entire experience so you can have family portraits that feel like your family and remind your children exactly where they belong.

Don’t Wait for the “Perfect” Time for Family Portraits
Maybe you’ve been meaning to schedule family portraits, but you’re waiting for life to settle down a little.
For the kids to listen better. For everyone’s schedules to line up. For you to figure out what everyone should wear. Maybe you’re even waiting until you feel a little more comfortable being in front of the camera yourself.
The trouble is, while you’re waiting, your family keeps changing.
The little boy who won’t stand still won’t always be this little. The child who insists on making a ridiculous face will eventually stop doing it. The way your daughter reaches for your hand, the way your kids pile onto Dad, the way everyone fits together right now… those things change, too.
You don’t need to fix any of that before you come to us.
Your family gets to show up as they are. We’ll take care of guiding you, helping everyone feel comfortable, and creating portraits where you still recognize the people you love in them.
Because the family your children will remember someday is the one you’re living in right now.
What Do You Want Your Children to See When They Look Back?
Someday, your children won’t remember whether everyone’s outfit matched perfectly or whether someone needed a break halfway through the session.
What they’ll see is who was there. Who held them. Who made them laugh. Who stood beside them.
Family portraits can become part of the story your children grow up surrounded by … a visible reminder that they belonged, that they mattered, and that they were deeply loved.
That’s what Growing Up Loved means to us.

Family Portraits That Feel Like Your Family
Every family has its own rhythm. Some kids warm up immediately. Some need a little time. Some want to cuddle, some want to make everyone laugh, and some have absolutely no interest in doing what the grown-ups had planned.
That’s okay.
We’ll guide you into the portraits everyone hopes for — the whole family together, siblings, parents with their children, and other meaningful combinations — without expecting your family to suddenly become professional models.
And we’ll leave room for personality, too. The laughs, hugs, silly expressions and little interactions are often the photographs that make parents say, “That is so them.”
You don’t need to know how to pose, where to put your hands, or how to get your children to cooperate for the camera. That’s our job. Your job is simply to be with your family.

How Your Family Portrait Experience Works
Plan Together
We’ll talk about your family, what you’d love to create, clothing, and the people and relationships that matter most to you. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
Your Portrait Session
We’ll guide your family through the session, creating the portraits everyone wants while leaving plenty of room for real personalities, connection and fun.
See Your Photographs
You’ll return to the studio to see your portraits together and choose your favorites. If you’d rather see them the same day, just let us know and we’ll talk through that option with you.
Choose What You Love
Choose the photographs and artwork that fit your family and your home, from prints and digital collections to albums and wall art. You only purchase what you love.

You Don’t Have to Know How to Do This
You don’t need to know what everyone should wear. You don’t need to know how to pose. And you definitely don’t need to arrive with children who suddenly decided to behave perfectly for pictures.
We’ll help you plan clothing that works well together without making everyone look overly matched. During the session, we’ll guide you through where to stand, what to do, and how to interact so nothing feels awkward or forced.
And if one child needs a minute? That’s okay.
If someone is shy, silly, wiggly, or completely uninterested in our original plan? We adjust.
Our job is to meet your family where they are and create something beautiful from the people who actually showed up.
Family portraits should feel guided — not stressful.

What to Expect to Spend
We want you to know what to expect before you ever schedule your session. Your family portrait experience begins with a $75 session fee, and the photographs and artwork you love are purchased separately after you see them.
Family Portrait Session
Your session fee reserves your family portrait experience and includes the planning and photography of your session. Portraits and artwork are purchased separately.
Print Collections
From $375
Digital Collections
From $695
Albums & Wall Art
From $895
You don’t have to decide what you’d like to purchase before your session. You’ll see your photographs first and choose the portraits and products that are right for your family.
Let Your Family Be Part of Your Home
Your family portraits don’t have to live only on your phone or disappear into a folder on your computer.
They can be the photograph your child passes every morning on the way to breakfast. The album they pull from the shelf years from now. The portrait on the wall that quietly says, “These are my people. This is where I belong.”
After you see your photographs, we’ll help you choose what makes sense for your family — whether that’s prints, digital images, an album, or artwork for your walls.
There’s no one right way to enjoy your portraits. What matters is choosing something you’ll actually see, share, and live with.

Where are your family portrait sessions held?
Cloud 9 Studios is located in Wesley Chapel, Florida. We photograph families from Wesley Chapel and surrounding communities including Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, New Tampa, Zephyrhills, Trinity and Brooksville.
During your Discovery Call, we’ll talk about the kind of portraits you’d love to create and help plan the right experience for your family.
What if my children don’t cooperate for family pictures?
They don’t have to be perfectly behaved. Some children jump right in, while others need time to warm up, take a break or do something completely different from what the adults had planned.
We work with children every day, so we’ll adjust to their personalities and energy instead of expecting them to perform for the camera. Our goal is to create the portraits you want while still letting your children look and feel like themselves.
What should we wear for our family portrait session?
You don’t need to figure that out alone. We’ll help you choose clothing that coordinates well without making everyone look overly matched.
The goal is for your clothing to work together while still allowing each person to look like themselves. We’ll talk about clothing, colors and the overall look of your portraits as we plan your session.
How much do family portraits at Cloud 9 Studios cost?
The Family Portrait Session Fee is $75 and includes the planning and photography of your session. Portraits and artwork are purchased separately.
Print Collections begin at $375, Digital Collections begin at $695, and Albums & Wall Art begin at $895. You don’t need to decide what you’d like to purchase before your session. You’ll see your photographs first and choose what is right for your family.
Do we have to know how to pose?
Not at all. We’ll guide you throughout the session, including where to stand, what to do and how to interact. We’ll create the more traditional family portraits you’ll want while also leaving room for the hugs, laughter and little interactions that show your family’s personality.
Can we include grandparents in our family portraits?
Absolutely. If you’d like grandparents or multiple generations included, let us know when we plan your session so we can create the right combinations for your family.
If the relationship between grandparents and grandchildren is the main focus of what you’d like to photograph, you may also want to explore our Grandparent & Me Portrait Experience.
When will we see our family portraits?
Most families return to the studio on a separate day to see their photographs. We find that this gives everyone a chance to enjoy the portrait session without trying to fit too much into one day.
If a same-day viewing works better for your family, let us know and we’ll talk through that option with you.
How far in advance should we schedule our family portraits?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you know you’d like family portraits, especially if you need a particular date or are hoping for a Saturday. Having a little planning time also gives us time to help with clothing and the details of your session.
Start with a Discovery Call and we’ll talk about what you’re hoping to create and what dates are currently available.
Your Family Doesn’t Have to Be Perfect. It Just Has to Be Yours.
There will always be a reason to wait. A busy schedule. A child going through a phase. Someone who doesn’t love having their picture taken.
But this version of your family won’t be here forever.
Start with a Discovery Call. We’ll talk about your family, answer your questions, and help you decide what kind of portrait experience would feel right for you.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you call. That’s what we’re here to help with.
Cloud 9 Studios photographs families in Wesley Chapel, Florida and throughout Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, New Tampa, Zephyrhills, Trinity, Brooksville and the surrounding Tampa Bay area.
