When you enroll, you’ll receive our Grow With Me Treasure Box and five years of annual birthday portrait sessions with no additional session fees. Each year, we’ll create portraits that celebrate who your child is at that moment — their personality, their interests, their favorite things and all the little details that make this year different from the last.
After each birthday session, you’ll choose the portraits you love to add to their Treasure Box. Over the years, what begins as an empty box becomes something extraordinary: a tangible record of who your child was as they grew.

Rachel first came to Cloud 9 Studios when her oldest daughter was turning one.
That First Birthday session became the beginning of something much bigger. We started her Grow With Me Treasure Box, and year after year, Rachel came back to document the little girl her daughter was becoming.
Later, when her youngest son was born, we photographed his entire first year — and then continued celebrating his milestone birthdays as he grew.

Every birthday session is designed around your child — not around expecting a toddler to sit still and perform for the camera.
We’ll plan for their personality, their interests and the stage they’re in, while making the experience easy and fun for your family.
WE PLAN IT TOGETHER
Before your session, we’ll talk about your child, what they’re loving right now, clothing, birthday sets and the little details you want to remember about this age.
WE LET THEM BE THEM
We’ll photograph your child in a relaxed, playful way and include family and sibling portraits, too. We’ll create a special birthday setup using our birthday sets or seasonal themes.
YOU CHOOSE WHAT YOU LOVE
After the session, you’ll see your portraits the same day and choose the images you love for their Grow With Me Treasure Box.

If your child celebrated their First Birthday with Cloud 9 Studios, we’ll start their Treasure Box with a complimentary matted portrait from that First Birthday session.
How much does the Toddler Birthday Club cost?
Enrollment in the Toddler Birthday Club is $695. Your enrollment includes the Grow With Me Treasure Box and five years of annual birthday portrait session fees.
After each birthday session, matted portraits for the Treasure Box are $150 each and include the matching digital portrait. There is no minimum portrait purchase, so you can choose as many or as few as you love each year.
What happens during a toddler birthday portrait session?
Before your session, we’ll have a Discovery Call to learn about your child, what they’re loving right now, clothing ideas and how you’d like to celebrate this birthday.
At the studio, we’ll create a relaxed and playful portrait experience designed around your child rather than expecting them to sit still and perform for the camera. Afterward, you’ll see your portraits during a same-day reveal and choose the images you love.
What if my toddler won’t sit still or cooperate for pictures?
That’s completely normal — and we don’t expect them to! Two-, three-, four- and five-year-olds are meant to move, explore, laugh, be silly and sometimes need a little time to warm up.
Our job is to meet your child where they are and create portraits from the personality they give us. Some of the images parents love most happen because their child was simply being themselves.
Can parents and siblings be included in the birthday session?
Yes. Family and sibling portraits can be included in your child’s birthday session. These annual sessions aren’t only about how your child changes — they can also document the relationships and family they are growing up with.
Can we choose a theme for my child’s birthday portraits?
Yes. During your Discovery Call, we’ll talk about your child’s personality, interests and favorite things and help plan a birthday setup that feels right for them. Depending on the time of year, birthday sets and seasonal themes may also be available.
If you’re looking for a more elaborate imagination-driven portrait experience built entirely around something your child loves, our Magic of Childhood sessions may be an even better fit.
When should I schedule my child’s birthday portraits?
We recommend reaching out before your child’s birthday so we have plenty of time to plan the session and the details that will make this year’s portraits feel like them.
The session doesn’t have to happen on their actual birthday. We’ll help you choose a date that works for your family and gives us time to create the experience together.
