I am always asked which age do I enjoy photographing the most. That is an interesting question because it’s almost like asking which is my favorite ages of my children! As a parent I don’t have a favorite age … to me it is always the current age they are at. I love to live in the moment and then look back at the happy memories of our life together as a family. The photographs and portraits we take help us to do this!
So really … I love to photograph every age because they are all important memories for the families who trust me to create portrait art for their family.
Recently I had the joy of photographing Ms. Francesca. She just turned 5 years old and according to her that means she is an adult. HAHA!
As soon as she told me this I knew we were going to have a fun session and she was definitely going to have an opinion while posing. I always make a deal with kids this age that if they let me do my poses first, they can choose a few poses at the end!
