We are only 2 weeks away from peppermints and tinsel! I know it is hard to believe, but look at the calendar and you will see our first Christmas Themed portrait session is right around the corner!

As soon as Halloween is over, all the fall decorations in the studio come down and overnight this place is turned into a Holiday Wonderland! 

For today’s blog post I wanted to give you a hint of things to come at the studio. This year we are offering a Cloud 9 Christmas Boutique. In addition to all of our regular portrait offerings from sessions (prints, cutie collages, Christmas cards, framed portraits, digital collections, etc.) we are grouping some classic and some new products into a Cloud 9 Boutique!

We know how hard gift giving can be during the holidays. How many more ties does Grandpa need? Do you really want to face the traffic of the mall just to walk around aimlessly looking at store after store after store?

It is Florida … the land of the garden flag! I drive around neighborhoods all the time and people always have flags out for each season and holiday. That got me thinking … if you are going to have out a Christmas flag, especially if you put out a Santa Stop Here flag … shouldn’t it be personal? So maybe this is a gift we customize for Grandma, but maybe it is a gift for yourself as well! Nothing wrong with that 🙂

By now you should know I am a fan of the magnet. Last year we began offering wallet sized photo magnets and they were a HUGE success. Calendars are always a fun gift, so why not combine the two ideas? These 8.5×11 Calendar Magnets are the perfect gift to give anyone. You can certainly use a holiday photo, or select an image from any session you have had this year to give your calendar a timeless look to it.

Christmas Ornaments

I know this isn’t new, we have always offered Christmas Ornaments … and they remain our Number ONE selling product at Christmas. For those of you new to the studio I wanted to be sure you started thinking about these lovely gifts for yourself and your family now. The metal ornaments are great to tie off on the outside of all your family gifts! 

Once you start collecting photo ornaments, I promise it will become your favorite part of decorating your tree. Unpacking your little treasures and remembering back to each year as you hang the ornament on the tree will bring happy tears to your eyes. If you already have this tradition, we can’t wait to add to it this year. If you haven’t started this tradition yet, now is the perfect time!
