We love coming to Cloud 9 for our children’s family portraits. We have a 5 y/o, 3 y/o, and 4 month old. We have had our photos done by Jeanine since our first was 3 months old. She makes it so comfortable and enjoyable. Every session we have is always calm and never rushed. We can’t wait for our next session! The baby steps package is great to capture all those special moments that happen in the first year of you child’s life!

I found Jeanine at Cloud 9 studios from a postcard that was mailed to me with a special offer for baby portraits. My first son was only about 3 months old and I had been looking for a studio where I could have his picture taken, so I thought why not.
From the moment we entered the studio Jeanine and her staff were so welcoming. She was extremely patient, as we had to stop the session to give him a bottle, and had so many ideas. I was truly impressed. But, it wasn’t until our first session to view the images when I realized how truly talented Jeanine is. The portraits she captures are so much more than just a photo, she captures those hidden little smiles and smirks and turns it all into a work of art.
I just recently had my second son and I was so excited that we would be able to get newborn photos this time!! Jeanine is a true artist and has so much passion for what she does, she doesn’t just print pictures, she captures moments and memories and makes time stand still in those moments!
I joked that we need a bigger house, because I’m running out of wall space for all of the beautiful portraits I have of my boys!

Cloud 9 Studios has been a part of our family since our first daughter was born 4 years ago. Jeanine truly captured every milestone that our baby went through during her first year; all of her ‘firsts’ that will never be ‘firsts’ again! Then we were blessed with another addition to our family. The first thing my husband and I agreed on was enrolling in the Baby Steps Plan. We look at our first daughter’s portraits everyday. We are amazed at the growth and changes that occurred during the first year of life and wanted to make sure we captured the same special milestones for our new bundle of joy!

Once we came in for our ordering appointment and saw Hayley’s images on the big screen, we knew we couldn’t pick just one portrait. Each image captured a different aspect of her personality. We were able to come up with a package that allowed us to use all our favorites for ourselves – and be able to give family members their own keepsakes. The quality of the photographs and their presentation are truly a work of art. All I can say is what an experience! Our family loves taking photos. We weren’t new to an in-studio photo shoot by any means. What we didn’t expect was the level of excellence and superior customer service that would come as a part of our photo shoot journey. From the moment we walked in, I could immediately tell that this encounter would be different. After being warmly greeted we were offered snacks and the kids were led to the play area.
During the entire photo shoot, we laughed and had a blast having our precious memories captured. The time flew by because it wasn’t painful to smile or get in the right position for the pictures. The fun never stopped. Even when we had to come back to the office to view our photos, the dimly lit room with soft music playing in the background, set the mood for a viewing set for a celebrity.
We will proudly hang our photos in our home remembering a beautiful experience that only Cloud 9 Studios could provide!

I first called Cloud9 Studios for Zachary’s 2nd birthday. We started the session in the studio and then Jeanine sensed that Zachary was getting “antsy” so she suggested we go outside. The following week, we came back and I was so impressed at the sales session. The pictures were displayed on a big screen and set to music as I sat with my sister and we both cried! We were in awe of Jeanine’s work. Since then I have been hooked and that was 4 years ago! In those 4 years we have had many sessions with Cloud 9 and I am always amazed at how Jeanine captures his personality, even when he is not cooperating. Jeanine has used her creative skills to great effect when photographing the boys, our dog, and even me (the hardest subject of all!) She has helped us create stunning senior portraits and fantastic family portraits that we use to promote our charitable efforts. Our webpage, our presentations, and our marketing material all improved with her craft upping the game.
Especially popular is our Christmas Card which was the talk of the town for anyone who got one!
The real magic in what Jeanine does is creating emotional connections to the boys. I send out prints from Cloud 9 Studios to our donors, friends, and the boys’ families and they love them. I visit people and find the photos placed in frames, hanging on the fridge, some even display them in their offices because they feel a connection to the boys through her work. It is not simply a photograph, it is a story with an emotional connection.
Of course, of all of the emotional connections that matter, the ones that matter most are those of the boys’ mothers. When you consider that the moms only get to see their boys a scant 8 weeks in the summer, having these powerful and personal photos for the moms to see is very heart warming.
While we have used Jeanine’s work for a lot of our marketing material and for fundraising efforts, my favorite thing to do with her photos is share them with close friends, supporters, and the boys’ families. The portrait above our fireplace I look at daily and smile. The boys’ mothers back in Russia love the photos Jeanine takes as it is their only record of the boys growth from year to year and Jeanine does such a great job of capturing personalities in her work.
